As you may know, Wine is an open-source software that permits the users to run Windows software on Linux systems. But Wine has big ambitions. They have teamed up with Codeweavers, the maintainers of CrossOver, to bring Windows Desktop software to Android mobile phones and tablets that use x86 processors. Unfortunately, most Android devices have ARM-based CPUs.
Another issues is the fact that the Windows desktop apps were developed to be runt via a keyboard and a mouse, not a touchscreen, but a mouse and a keyboard can be easily connected to a phone, via a OTG cable.
Wine is constantly working at making more Windows software runnable on Linux systems, but 100% compatibility will never be reached.
